Winter Chills

FOR SURE I'm not the most practical dresser. I live in Minnesota. If I was practical, I would be wearing a parka on the daily.

So when the sun pops out and Minnesota gifts me a February day with temps above 40 degrees, you bet, (Ok, I typed that and realized it's so Minnesotan. I'm keeping it.) repeat. YOU BET, I'm going to say c u l8er, pants!

Over the knee boots give some coverage too, so that helps. If you live in a warmer climate, I hope you can rock a similar outfit all the time. I think a black hat would have have been the perfect addition. Outfit details below!
