Lake Life

In 7th grade, my swimming coach decided our practice before Regions would be to do a meditation. We all laid down on the floor, in the heat of the pool room. The soothing voice over the speakers instructed us to relax our toes, feet, legs, all the way up to the top of our heads. Then the voice told us to bring ourselves to our favorite place. The place that brings us the most happiness, where we are able to relax and breathe.

Guess where I went.... Here. I went here.

Nevis, MN. Lake Belle Taine. My favorite happy place to this day. It's not a plane ride and it's not a passport stamp away. But it has a our own dock and it has the most perfect lake. It's grilling on the pontoon and it's midnight swims. It's a Minnesota summer dream!

So happy to spend my weekends here to soak up the sunshine! Comfort is key when I'm here. It's fun to add a piece that is fitting for the situation, aka this graphic tee.
